Once again I am missing lots of nutrients from my diet but I am not perfect! I was thinking today that as I sat on the sofa drinking black tea what used to keep the weight off with all that excessive drinking in my twenties and I think it must have been the constant moving around packed bars, dancing in clubs etc whereas nowadays partner and me hit the quiet bars and pubs and order bar snacks to accompany our drinks.
