Urg so knackered today. Worked late at an event until 1am so my sleep tomorrow will be much lower than my sleep yesterday. So tricky buying food for supper when you are on the go. Sandwiches are the go to thing of course but I really struggled finding a salad that actually made me full for the whole evening, hence the crisps. Forward planning would have been key here. At least I did a couple of thousand extra steps!
