My weight is def creeping up eeekkkk. I doubt a couple of lazy days have caused this. I think you need to eat 3,000 cals extra cals than you burn off during the week to put on a pound, I really don’t think I am eating 3,000 in excess each week so I am hoping this is purely down to water retention.
