I switch between cauliflower rice and Eat Water Rice (sometimes mix) it depends on how many vegatbales of fruit I have had that day. My partner doesn’t like cauliflower rice but I really like it. I did make my own but I have found this one from many supermarkets is the best. It also stores for ages and lives in your cupboard.
