I am pretty chuffed I am (on most days) that I make 10,000 steps. Some days I do pace up and down until I am over. I literally pace up and down the hallway in advert breaks getting up to above 10,000 before we sit fown to eat to ensure I hit the total. Weight still up very disappointed about that but it really goes to show how things can go up and down with water retention.
