So frustrating! Weight back up again. Arrgghhhhhh. So need to get this down. Still got three or four pounds to go. Really hate getting into these ruts. I really feel I am eating super well (okay cookies I know) and pretty active. Weight was creeping down and then I got a little slack. Went to the pub to vent!
