If I do a diet again, which let’s face it will happen I will certainly keep up the Eat Water noodles and such but I certainly would introduce more variety. I think I would spend a weekend designing meals so I can get together easy lunches and breakfasts that give a little more variety. I for sure need to do more prep in the evenings beforehand and plan meals for the week ahead. A lot of the limitations rested on the fact that I was reliant on small local shops for the bulk of ingredients.
