Maybe I was still a little hungover because I was still craving carbs today. I promise I will better next week… Expecting a weight gain tomorrow after all the carbs at the weekend. Apparently your body stores carbs after not having for a while. I was hoping to go for a run today but wans’t feeling up for it after Friday night. I once ran a half marathon two days after a binge drink session and it was the worst time ever.
