Day three – loving the Konjac noodles

So went to the pub last night and managed to stick to Becks Blue – which was tough!!! Luckily the pub had my favourite high protein snack billtong :).

After getting home really wanted something quick and easy so went to my favourite diet dish of Singapore noodles made with Konjac noodles (from Eat Water) which I stir-fry with spices, vegetables and normal chicken or prawns. I’ll post a picture next time.
