Feeling much happier with what I ate today, heaps of healthy food and unlike last Friday I actually stayed in and had food not liquid! BTW Mug Shots aren’t too bad as quick snacks. We take them with us on long cross country/continent journeys and to festivals, they cook super well in flasks.
