Singapore Noodles

I love these noodles and they are so good you wouldn’t believe the whole meal is around 200 cals (according to MyFitnessPal).

Nothing better than seeing a huge wok of noodles and thinking, yes I can eat the lot!

  • Two packs Eat Water Noodles
  • Chicken/beef
  • Red Onion
  • Red sweet pepper
  • Mushrooms
  • Bag of stir fry
  • Chinese five spice
  • Chili flakes
  • Soy sauce
  • Curry powder

I add everything to a wok, noodles being added last.

Takes about 15 mins to make. Super easy for after work. You can amend the veg and meat to suit as long as you add the curry powder, Chinese five spice and soy sauce. I add maybe a table spoon or two of curry powder and soy sauce and a couple of teaspoons of Chinese five spice.
