Tips and suggestions

This is what worked for me and my partner, once again I have no background in healthy eating or compiling nutritional food, just simple what worked for me.

Eat Water Noodles – subbing these for normal pasta, noodles and rice, I believe, had the biggest impact on my weight-loss. Currently, I am pregnant so not eating these noodles but my husband is in preparation for the forthcoming baby pics. Our cupboard is full of them. They are often on sale so do keep an eye out for when they are on offer.

Fitbit – before I met met my husband I used to go to the gym, a lot. Nowadays I don’t have enough time in the day to visit the gym like I used to so I rely heavily on my Fitbit to ensure I am making 10,000 steps a day, not so much at the moment though, back on it after the baby is born.

Skinny Sprinkles – Adding this in down the line. We started drinking these before eating and saw a noticable weight loss. We both love themĀ  but husband won’t drink at work of course!

Give up the booze. Sad one this but drink is full of calories. There are some fairly good ones out there. Dryboozer.co.uk has a list of the best ones out there.
